Dismal service and absurd voip rates from axxess

I'm increasingly unhappy with axxess. In the last couple of months I had numerous days without fibre/internet. Useless advice from axxess, given numerous times by numerous "support" team members was "restart your router".

Their "customer service" is unprofessional, uninformed, arrogant, bordering rude.

Their voip rates are absurdly excessive. A less than 15 minutes call to a landline in Germany cost me nearly R150! High time for a new provider.
