Dishonest Subscriptions Under the guise of 'Promotions'.

Man, I am so over having issues with Axxess. This is the last straw. I am moving soon but can't downgrade my service (want to keep it active for the people staying here but don't want to spend R1500 pm for someone else's connection). I can not downgrade as I have been told that my service is "on promotion" and I can only downgrade at December. When I installed the line here there were no promotions or any 'deals' what so ever. As I already had a service with them I just went to my account and added a service under a different address. At present I pay more than I would at another ISP for the same connection and still. I can not downgrade. ****************. Instead of downgrade my account I am going to cancel all my Axxess services. This is the last time I am dealing with this insanity.
