Disgusting Support and False advertising
<p>Axxess support center makes no effort to resolve issues, there is no report back or follow up on an issue!!! They also advertise a DNS service that should filter bad website content, this does not work at all there is zero filtering. I purposly bought a seperate adsl with Axxess to get this added DNS service, it has cost me and it doest work, there is not support on this no follow up and its unacceptable. Where is the the feedback and solution MR Axxess!!!!!</p>

well it still does not work, same thing over and over for 2 weeks, the issue is not resolved for me!

2 weeks later and still no answers or action. i am paying for a service that does not work, the most irritating thing is, is that Axxess dont seem to care!!!!!!!Whats going on????
