Disgusting service from Axxess and Vumatel

Very disturbing experience with Axxess and Vumatel. Both organisations keep sending me from pillar to post with none of them wanting to take responsibility for a failed activation. Its been 3 days of chasing both of them and no one comes back to you with feedback on what you have escalated.

they are also very nonchalant about it all. Disgusting. I am currently looking to cancel the service
