Disgusting service from Axxess!!!

The service is pathetic. On more than one occasion i have told your staff that the data usage is incorrect and my data is not being used by me and they have ignored my emails even though the data usage report that they have provided shows the figures clear as day. Absolutely disgusting service. The agents are extremely rude and unwilling to help, I requested a team lead to call me back and had to do follow ups basically begging for escalation before I was attended to and all I keep getting told is that they cannot do anything. I had to purchase top ups on my own just so I can have internet and to date the agents have not discussed reimbur*****t. I am appalled and disgusted by this pathetic display of service by a reputable company.
