Disgusting service and unfairly charged for nothing

I signed up for axxess and was informed I would be have a 4mb line same day it took 1 week for a technician to come over to connect the line when he left I still had no line so I called axxess they informed me there is a fault another technician will come well be never showed up I was informed my line is not active then I get a sms a my line was activated then I get charged R264 and my line was cut 30mins after activation due to non-payment that was confusing honestly I was wondering how stupid can these Ppl be I Called again and got told my line is cut so I cancelled and I get charged R1000 all this and I never got a active line after that I Get informed they will keep charging me R395 for the line if I don't pay the Cancellation fee even though I don't have a line thank you axxess you are the worst isp I ever encountered disgusting service pathetic useless company I would never recommend to anybody and I will make it my duty to blast you guys on every social media platform I can find..
