Switched fiber ISP to axxess, and promised no down time when signing me up, since then only heart ache, they cannot do a simple Provision of a line. Lines department don't work over weekends with no standby support, really in this day and age no standby support??? What a nightmare even after escalating during office hours. Spoke to 5 different people and no one can answer anything, where do they find this incompetence??
