Disgusting and appalling customer service

I have been getting hold of Axxess since Tuesday to get assistance. I am told someone will phone me back and I am still waiting for that call. It has cost me more by getting hold of them than the actual cost of the package I purchased from them. I have lost 4 days of work as I have not gotten assistance from anyone from this company, from technical support to sales and market. I have even messged them via facebook, as they advertise they will get back to you within an hour, well that has also not happened. Their lack of service and lack of response is disgusting. 4 days and nothing has been done to assist me. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Their specials seem to cost more in trying to get help. This is an extremely disappointing company and lack of professionalism and client care leaves much to be desired. I dont post negative things about companies as I always give them the benefit of the doubt. However, when my lively hood is affected and I am unable to work as I have not had any help, I believe warrents a review, so others might think twice about getting involved in this company.
