disgusted with the service and business model

Absolutely disgusted with the service and business model from Axxess. I cancelled a service within the month notice time they require. They even confirmed to me (in lengthy emails) that a month notice is (August in my case) 1st of August to 31st of August. I cancelled my service the morning 1st of August. Axxess regardless of their own T&Cs still proceeded to debit my account! After about 10-12 emails trying to resolve the issue, I was unsuccessful. I would not recommend to anyone using Axxess for any of their services.
