Disgusted with Axxess fibre service!

Dear readers,

I’m truly appalled and disgusted with the service received by Axxess WiFi. I am running a business from home. We decided to go with the service provider because of their reviews, unfortunately for the past two months. I have received pathetic service from Axxess. They have failed to perform their services, hence we were without connection for roughly two months. They continued to debit our account for June, and I'm certain they'll debit me for the following month too. Keep wary that we've been in contact with consultants for an estimate of over a month, yet they have still failed to resolve our case. We've also requested for a technician to be sent out in order to handle our situation, which was met with incompetence. In a final effort, the director of the company administered them an email detailing that she is cancelling her subscribition, but she was only rewarded a monetary fine due to not being a customer for the circumference of six months. I’m taken aback by their response.

“Thank you for your email. Your account will be handed over if you do not make the cancellation fee payment as your account has not finish the 6 months period. Unfortunately we do not credit for downtime. All services are sold best of effort service. We do not guarantee that services will be running 10% all the time and services provider does not credit downtime. Thank You. Regards, KV “

It’s ridiculous to say we do not guarantee that our services will run ten percent. What about twenty percent. Because we didn’t even receive twenty percent of internet connection. What bothers me is the audacity, the blatant disregard and the incompetence. I do not understand how a service provider is okay with taking your money without providing a service. If that is the case, close your company down. If you cannot simply provide a service, then why are you operational. It’s disgusting and pathetic. My business is running at a lost because I have been buying data for the past two months. Yet I’m paying for a service. They feel entitled to your hard earned money, yet they cannot deliver. If you considering using Axxess as a service provider for WiFi, think twice because you will be paying them for nothing. What a ****!!
