Disgraceful Fibre

I cannot believe what is going on in this country, I am moving from Web Africa because they are just pitiful, almost jumped from the frying pan into the fire with this Axxes crowd, the chat function closes the chat without even ascertaining if my query has been resolves (Yanela), and the support line goes on a whole explanation asking if I checked if I had fiber in my area, despite me explaining that was moving from Web Africa. Its clear, these guys make too much money and customer service is not important to them, hell not even service, customers. Shocking
