Disappointing Experience with Axxess - Slow Speeds and Ineffective Customer Support

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Axxess. Despite having a 100mbps line, I consistently experience speeds of only 30mbps. This significant discrepancy has made it difficult for me to rely on their internet for work and personal use. What's even more frustrating is the lack of effective support from their customer service team. I have called multiple times to report this issue, logged numerous queries, and followed the prescribed troubleshooting steps, but the problem remains unresolved. It's unacceptable that I've been paying full price for a service that doesn't meet the promised standards. Given the subpar speeds and ineffective support, I would strongly advise against using Axxess as a WiFi provider. Their inability to deliver on their promises and resolve issues in a timely manner has led to a significant waste of my time and money. I hope that Axxess takes customer feedback seriously and makes necessary improvements to their services. Until then, I would recommend exploring alternative options.
