Disappointing

<p>I recently convinced my partner to switch to Axxess for our home DSL but it's been a disappointment so far. The Internet just isn't working, the line transfer is taking forever which is technically Telkoms fault but Axxess keeps giving me false information about speeding up the process, but the advice never works, and the support centre sounds professional but have been entirely unhelpful with each call. Worst of all, unlike Afrihost, one can't cancel the service through the app, one actually has to write an email to an address that the call centre gave us wrongly... All in all, renting a line through axxess is a farce since you're expected to deal with Telkom anyways.</p>
