Disappointed loyal customer

I have been with Axxess for years and have referred them as my 1st choice ISP but service lately has been appaulling. They provided me with a solution and promised a credit for the prorate which still hasn't been done. Now the better solution is not working better and the expect me to pay for them to fix the mess they created... I've been having various issues this year and it begs the question whether it's time to move on
