Disappointed in Axxess service received

So a few weeks ago my axxess LET fixed Cell c sim card stopped working contacted axxess a number of times, but failed to assist me with Solutions. Yet the keep taking funds from my account and I cancelled their services .but to my surprise money out sms just went off . Yet sim doesn't work .

I'm so disappointed in the level of service I received.
