Despite numerous requests my contract is apparently still not cancelled!!!!!

I have tried since November 2020 to cancel my contract and today I received another acknowledgement of ANOTHER email requesting cancellation although Ms Bannister emailed me that it would be cancelled with effect from 31 Jan 2020. WHAT ELSE MUST I DO?
