Dereliction of Duty

20 minutes into a service call the phone was cut-off. I phoned back but got another consultant. I insisted that i wanted to be put back to the original guy but was told he left as his shift finished at 10.30 pm. (exactly when I was cut off)

My God who is that unprofessional and simply puts the phone down and goes home? Who does he think he is -Ashwin Willemse maybe.

If he worked for me he would be fired for dereliction of duty and bringing the company into disrepute.
