Demand full refund

I ordered an MTN fixed LTE deal through axxess. The service is super unstable and not usable for what I need. I have made a ticket and am awaiting a response for over 10 days. When I phone in, I just wait and wait. I demand a full refund else I'm going to the consumer ombudsman.
