Debit order is back after MONTHS of cancelling my line

<p>HORRIBLE!!! </p> <p>i cancelled my line back JAN after 3 months of downtime! i cancelled my line in JAN after giving up and requested cancellation, cancellation and stopping debit order was approved. Then i asked for a refund for the downtime, i only got it during April, but then after i got the refund they brought back the debit order!!!! where's the sense in that! can't you see that my line AND deibt order were cancelled months ago!!</p>
