Data usage notification with no service rendered

<p>Please cancel account ********** 4166 with emmediate effect. Sim ordered today, Not delivered yet obviously but I am already getting notifications of data used and depleted so far. Cancellation policy states to go through Client Control Panel. Where is that? Where is that? I found no guidance on the website. Please cancel. And please stop sending endless notifications and emails.</p>
