Data sevice does not work.

From installation, service on their MTN fixed LTE is sometimes only internittent - typically the Zte router mode light switches to green (3g) and the client loses access to the internet. Axxess does not respond to requests for service. Axxess issues a list of "fault finding" tasks. These are often impossible to execute (dont suite the zte) and dont improve matters. A permanent stable solution would assist us.
