I have a month-to-month 2GB mobile contract with Axxess. When I use up all the data I can't go online without buying more data or using one of the other ISPs.

Now I've noticed that when I buy extra data I don't get the amount of data that I purchased and when I log into my account I have a negative amount of data against me. Then I noticed that they've put up a warning message on the site where you buy extra data bundles (top-up).
It says in red: Please note: Data that has over run your purchased data total, will be deducted from your next top-up.
Example: If 500MB is purchased and 550MB is used before capping takes place, then 50MB will be deducted from your next top-up.

This morning my account was standing at -1399MB and this afternoon it was at -1402...so its slowly creeping up. I logged a call and they (Axxess) said its ''data overrun''.
How on earth can I \overrun"by 1.5GB!!!
They may call it what they like...I call it ****************. I didn't use 1.5GB extra. If I buy 2GB topup data I'll only get 500MB.
I don't see this with the other ISPs that I use...but"
