Data not capped!

I have had generally great service from Axxess, they are quick to respond and resolve problems.

My biggest gripe is that they sell their service as capped mobile data but its not. They do end a messgae when i am left with 30mb but not when my data is depleted. The next message i will get is to tell me that a have a negative data balance of almost half a gig!! this month it was negative 150mb.

Seriously if a product is sold as capped then it should be capped and not eat into my next monthly allocation.I did get in touch with support to complain but they just said thats how the system works. Thats not good enough, if your product is not capped stop selling it as capped,
