I wouldn't recommend your service to anyone even a 2year old, the lack of comprehension and understanding is disgusting to say the least. Your agents are not skilled even to think outside the box thats been created by your inefficient processes and policies.

I need my carry over data from last month and this month's data to be allocated accordingly.
