Customer Service (Via Call Centre)
<p>Being very sceptical seeing all the negative reviews on HelloPeter regarding Axxess, I thought they deserve a positive review, which might share some light for others.</p> <p> </p> <p>They respond slow to emails (this is common among all ISP's) - Phone them rather, ask them to phone back, and they will.</p> <p> </p> <p>Spoke to Lazola on a Friday night at 19:30. My ONT was installed the same day earlier in the morning ( I was at work so cold not activate earlier).</p> <p> </p> <p>He offered to phone me back as i was calling from my cellphone, which he did. Got me set up and did some speedtests which were very very good. On an advertised 100mbps line (capped at 400GB) via Openserve I got an average download speed of 97.4 mbps & 47.4 mbps upload speed - Average latency was recorded as 4ms.</p> <p> </p> <p>So far I am more than happy - There were times on Sunday (07/05/2017) where the speeds went slightly down and latency increased - This was restored shortly after the speedtests, not too sure what the problem there was.</p> <p> </p> <p>In summary, good service, really good pricing - If the service stays like this, you have a long term customer.</p>
