I app**** for the lte advance product, I was promised delivery in 2 days, when I called to enquire I was told within 10 day, still noting, I was then told 10 working days, still noting, I was then told 14 days when I informed them that that has past I was told 14 working days it is at the couriers and I will we called soon, this has passed, I was then promised to be called back Lutande and this did not happen, I paid for my service but did not receive it, when I asked I was told that it is not there problem and I must wait, now I must pay for next month or I might not receive the unit due to being behind on payments, they are fast to take my money but cant produce, this looks more like a skim than a reparable company, I was told that there is a probroblem with the device in the whole country, but I ordered a rain provider device same as there's from mweb and received it with in 2 days, I want an answer or will get the news papers involved in this matter so the country can see what ********s axxess is.
