BAD SERVICE...DO NOT SIGN UP with them. Been struggling with my "10/10mbps" fibre for a few days now. Support just keep doing the same thing over and over again...STILL NOT RESOVED!!!! Emails and other support channels go unanswered.

I pay for 10/10mbps....but get 3/0mbps??? 0mbps download?
