Continuous Unreliable connection followed by poor customer support.

This is the worst ISP service I have ever had to deal with. Fibre connection is unreliable from day one and no matter what form of customer support you try the issue doesnt get resolved. Even the customer support operator says, "ahhhh sorry neh, many poepol in your area is complaining so dere is nutting we can do for you now". Hopeless case, I'll tick this one off and move to the next, probably also bad, ISP.
