Constant connection issues and poor service

Probably the worst service provider I have ever had to deal with. Constantly dealing with connection issues and having no service, paying monthly fees but only receiving the service half of the time. When the connection works, its great, the speeds are good and stable. But at any moment the connection will just stop working and it's honestly a mystery as to what the issue is and how long it is going to take to resolve it. Often, the problem resolves itself after a few days, but sitting without connection for multiple days for a service you are paying for is just unacceptable.

Their support staff, as nice as some of them are, aren't trained to deal with these issues. They all read the same script taking you through a process that you already know isn't going to solve your issue, because you have been through it multiple times with them already. When they reach the end of their ability to "help" you, you need to file a report ticket, afterter sending them multiple screenshots and other information, they will only reply the following day, again asking you to send more and more information, all to no avail.
