Consistently poor performance

To whom it may concern,

Ever since taking up my home ADSL srvice with you I have been frustrated. At first I was informed to upgrade my account, and that it would resolve all my problems, so I did. This was very short lived however, and driven me to the point where I have actually severely downgraded my account in hopes that you would address the issues.

Firstly, I have a 4mbps ADSL line rental with you (not Telkom), of which I am only receiving half (2mbps) at best, so I am essentially receiving half the service that you are promising and what I am paying for. Since incepting services with Axxess, my ADSL line has had poor health and performance, which I am paying Axxess to manage. Axxesss keeps "escalating" this issue to Telkom, however, judging by the amounts of escalations made, the matter should be on the CEO's desk by now. Your escalation process is utterly ineffective. When this happened at Afrihost, I was billed for 2mbps accordingly, until the issue was resolved, and they never blatently passed the blame onto whom ever they were leasing services from. You are offering a service you are clearly not competant to provide. You cannot blame Telkom for your problems, the fact may be that you are leasing ADSL line services from Telkom and that the fault is on their line, my line rental is with Axxess, I don't care whom you are obtaining that service from, I am paying you to manage the service and you are not doing it out of good will. It is your responsibility to uphold your standards and SLA's.

Secondly, you do not give me feedback, I find this quite vexxing. Teamleades, supervisors and managers are nowhere to be found. Technical department continues to state that I will be called back, but this never materialises. I am still waiting for a callback from Jimmy.

And finally, the devil's trifecta, my company's Master Card expired end of August, you simply cut hosting services without notification. Only when I contacted your call center did I receive an email, by then however, the server had been down for a substantial amount of time, how embarrassing. Considering all that was required was for me to temporarily switch the business card to my personal one in the interim of awaiting a renewed business Master Card, which was swiftly done.

I am well past the point of exchanging false pleasantaries and polite candor with Axxess and it's staff. Not all consumers are as ******** as you believe. Personal and business wise, I am being ****** of both my money and sanity, surely?

To whom it may concern,
Please do not blatantly LIE on public forum, if I could attach something to this response I would... there is nothing from Axxess other than billing emails and receipts in my mail box (including spam folder). I have tried to contact Jimmy today (after I missed his call this morning) to no avail, and have been in touch with Vuyolwethu today, look at your ticket system please. I also tried calling to call Jimmy today on your ********** number, he was busy.
Jimmy did not come back to me on Friday as promised. Over the past weekend my line has deteriorated to 1.6 mbps. Today I get told, again, that the fault has been escalated to Telkom, shock! What a joke. The never ending story at Axxess. If you would like me to provide you with ALL the FACTS, I will. I can provide you with call records and emails which will put your above post in very bad light.
