Connection Speeds 20/10 when I pay for 100/100

I am so tired of trying to communicate with this place. AS Vumatel operates without support I am forced to talk to Axxess and there is no other provider in the estate where I live. I am paying a lot of money each month, have upgraded to 100/100 but still running at 20/10.

This is literally theft and I would highly discourage anyone from using them as a ISP if you have a choice. I am at the point where I am going to move so that I can get what I pay for. It feels like I am dealing with Eskom/Telkom/Axxess.

Put those three in the same stupid and useless pile. One of the support people laughed at me when I was on a call with them to see if I could fix the issue. So unprofessional and just horrible to have to deal with.
