Only when the poo hits the fan, do they actually very quickly point you to that and keep on *****ing your money for a service they can't supply as offered. My advice is to find a reputable ISP (if there are any ), but DO NOT USE the 'services' offered by Axxess, as they can not really supply what they promise. They are also not open for negotiations, but stick to their own money-making schemes, actually robbing customers if their hard-earned cash.
