Company should be renamed to ANTI-Axxess - no service at all

I'm beyond disappointed and frustrated at Axxess. Their name should be changed to ANTI-Axxess. it is impossible to get any kind of customer service from them. I have tried relentlessly to get hold of them through all channels. All i get is an automated email and then ironically an sms asking me to rate their service which is non existance. Why Axxess ? Why. Why let your clients down so dismally ? Are you not ashamed of the high volume of dissatisfied customers? Why not do better, do more to actually fulfill the promises you make.
