The worst ISP to exist. We upgraded to 100mb/s up and down a few weeks ago but we barely get 1mb/s. Most of the time the internet is either off or the speed is at about 0.5mb/s. Can't believe that we're paying for 100mb/s but we barely reach a single megabits. Absolute ****!! We contacted support over 10 times now with no success. If you want to flush your money down the drain please use axxess,because you're going to be paying for nothing.
