Choose anyone else but Axxess

I have been with Axxess for over 4 years. I wanted to cancel back in March due to affordability and requested to cancel. They then phoned me and offered a 6 months discount which I gladly accepted. Now after the 6 months. They invoiced all of the discounted months on 4 September. 4x invoices on one day. R4260 invoiced on that one day. Know my account shows as arrears and my internet has been suspended. I have contacted them numerous times and the investigation has been more than a full month now. My advise to anyone is too look for someone else as your internet service provider
