They remove things off of pages. They will give you a chance to cancel a service, and then remove those options.

I told them specifically that I needed Fibre as well, they took 1 month to tell me that they cant set up in my area.

Hassle to cancel things. I'd stay far away from them. Deal with anyone but Axxess.
