cant have my internet package activated on my line for more a week.

i got my fibre network installed last week Tuesday by vumatel, now i cant have internet activated by axxess since last week. they keep on giving me excuses why its not resolved and they cannot even give me a turnaround time. this is very frustrating and regret choosing them as my isp. i need my internet activated so i can do my busisness, every passing day im losing on money yet they require their payment done end of the month. i have been their client while using adsl service, never defaulted on payments yet they cannot offer professional services busy playing blame games between themselves and vumatel. i call vumatel they say its axxess, i call axxess they say its vumatel, wasting my time and money instead of establishing a solution to my problem.
