Can't complain about service if there isn't any!
Axxess. I have no idea where you fell of the slip and slide, but slipping happened more than sliding into success.
Where do I even begin. Support: Your support team is very under trained. I doubt they even know how your internal CRM works. They are unable to help with anything and most of the time they're unaware of maintenance issues, lines that are down or basic ONT help. Their solution to everything; Have you rebooted the equipment, when in fact VUMA is on line maintenance in the area (which I had to check with VUMA)
Website and online portal: What is the purpose of this aspect? Tickets are not answered, and frankly when I make changes on the portal to my service, it can clearly NOT BE TRUSTED.
I app**** to upgrade my line after I received my invoice for the month, and made payment. The online portal showed me the monthly installment as per the next month, and R0 upgrade fee. Happily I accepted. After a couple days I contacted support to check my upgrade status. Oh, dear support; They had my contact details wrong, address wrong, after I explained that this is incorrect they said "This is whats on the profile, contact lines department". They pasted information of another client: Name, Surname, Account Number and full address. YES! All this info freely available. Weekends of support is a no no as well. So... internet services can never go down on weekends... No support needed!
The story! I contacted Lines department myself, they assisted me with the right information. Line upgrade was done shortly after. Now... I receive a message stating I need to pay an addition upgrade cost. Why?! Why do I need to do this when your portal showed nothing extra is needed. Heaven forbid I fight this, cause NO PAY, LINE OFF! But excuse me Axxess, I can't even trust your support team to get things right, or your portal to give me accurate information for a service I pay for?
Axxess. I suppose you can't complain about service if there isn't any. It's sad to see the slip is more than the slide. Big company, no care.
