Cannot provide the service you purchase

<p>I purchased BIG cloud hosting with Axxess which comes with 2 IP's. The additonal IP was not displaying on my account so I added an IP through the "Manage my IP's" portal, to which I was then charged an additional R50 per month for the IP. I thought this was odd but proceeded forward as I needed the additional IP to deploy my servers. After purchase, I was not provided an IP, just the words "IP For x.dedicated.co.za" on my Dashboard. I then raised a ticket, and in the ticket asked for the IP. I was told I should be able to see it in WHM and allocate it to an account. This was not the case, there was only a single IP. So at this point, I am meant to have 3 IP's, only got 1. After a week of dealing with other issues the IP was still not issued and I raised another ticket for this. For which i was shown the 2nd IP and told this is the additional IP i purchased and still not provided the 3rd IP. I raised a query with accounts and was told that I have been allocated my 2nd IP after sending them a screenshot of what their package says. So where now is the 3rd I have been paying an additonal cost for? Who knows, because 3 tickets and Axxess cant tell me or seem to see that I am paying for a 3rd IP and have not been provided it.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>How did I get here?</p> <p>After struggling for months to get the full capabilities of my Web Hosting account out of axxess, I was, at the request of Axxess, asked to resort to purchasing a cloud hosting service, as their overzelous security that keeps blocking me from my own website(Ridicilous I know) can only be changed in company policy. I do this, and am provided a half broken service. The axxess dashboard doesnt properly read the stats of the cloud server, LINKING domains just makes them dissapear from your account and when trying to get support to help you get this domain transfered so you can Manage it yourself, they ask you to buy ANOTHER WEB HOSTING PACKAGE. The cheek! I got so angry I deleted that ticket.</p> <p> </p> <p>Axxess, please, SOCK PULLAGE! What kind of service is this?</p>
