Cannot cancel their APN product thats not working.

Long story short, failed SIM swap on my SIM in my phone, axxess APN stopped working. Poor support from their helpdesk. I have to repeat myself over and over. After a month I decided to cancel, when I was offered half price for 3 months, decided to give them another chance. APN is still not working and now I cannot cancel my non-working service because of this 3 month discount, they have gall to ask me to order a new SIM and they will transfer the data. So I must either change my number or go through another SIM swap drama and hope it works!? NO THANKS!
