Cannot cancel service

I want to cancel the service provided by Axxess to me. However, they provide no way that I can find to cancel any services. Queries regarding this are ignored by Axxess. I sent an email (which unfortunately I can no longer find). I waited. Eventually (on 1/10/15) I logged a support ticket. For good measure I also sent an email to the accounts email address. I waited. Still no response.
