Cancellation of DSL Data and DSL Line for end of this month

Hi,

My fibre has just been made active and I am trying to cancel both DSL Data and DSL Line this month:

• DSL Data- 200 GB Capped DSL • DSL Line - Up to 4Mbps DSL Line

But it will only allow me to cancel at end of August. This unacceptable and doesn’t make sense as my fibre is active and I am unable to physically use the DSL anymore and you guys charging me a full month service I cant use!!!

Can you urgently please cancel both the DSL Data and DSL Line for end of this month?
