Canceling and *****ing money without providing service

Axxess provides the most pathetic services to their clients. Nobody can give you straight and honest answer. When you call, you are passed from one consultant to another. My problem is that my line has been disconnected and contract cancelled without my authorization. Payment was made to Axxess and the promise of the line been active, but no one at their call center had the decency or knowledge to inform me that the contract was cancelled. It seems like they never knew as well even though having access to their sysyems. I had follow up and investigate why there was a problem with the line. All i was ever told from the call center was to restart router or wait hours. It's gone almost 2 days now. I want to mnow now what happens to my money.
