Cancel Axxess

Probably the worst service provider I have ever had to deal with. Constantly dealing with connection issues and having no service. As a person who works from home I've been sitting here a whole week without internet now!!!

Their support staff aren't trained to deal with these issues. They all read the same script taking you through a process that you already know isn't going to solve your issue, because you have been through it multiple times with them already. When they reach the end of their ability to "help" you, you need to file a report ticket. You log the ticket and after sending them multiple screenshots and other information - which takes another few days - they're still not able to fix the problem!

You try to escalate and get a person sent over - a day later you still have no reply or update!!! I'm done with these people! Angeke!!!!
