CAN NOT DOWN GRADE - UNTIL THE SECOND MONTH AFTER AN UPGRADE

Very quick to let you upgrade, but do not try and downgrade.

If you want to downgrade in the same month as an upgrade, it comes up as.... can not down grade until the next month.

Then in the next month it confirms that you can only downgrade in the following month......

What will it say in the second month I wonder .

Cancelling all 3 of my services and will go elsewhere.
