Calling Axxess Useless is a compliment!!

READ THE TICKET AND STOP ASKING ME THE SAME QUESTIONS OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

AXXESS' SUPPORT PROCESS: 1) Issue occurs, "Can't access CP or CWP"'. 2) I log a Ticket, 3) Ticket gets answered weeks later or only after complaining on multiple locations. 4) Axxess Replies with. "Is it working?" 5) I reply "no". please call me to resolve. 6) Axxess replies another few days/weeks later. "The 'site' is working". Please confirm. 7) I reply that it has NOTHING to do with the website. I can't access CP or CWP. 6 & 7 is in an infinite loop, over a month later!!!
