By far the best ISP in South Africa I've dealt with

I've dealt with various ISP in SA and by far Axxess offers the best service, feedback and interface for interacting with them. Those who haven't received service like this don't know what they're missing out on.

They're responsive and quick to deliver results in all departments that I've dealt with (Sales, Accounts, Lines & Support). Their staff are very professional and well trained in identifying issues and resolving them. They don't play the "guessing game" and provide false information due to lack of training, experience or s****s like other ISP Support teams that I've dealt with.

I am very impressed with their service.
