Buyer beware

Ordered Cell-C fixed wireless on 17 January 2019. My sim was delivered on 30 January (virtually a full two weeks after my order). First question is, why does it take two weeks to do something as simple as deliver a simcard to a major city in South Africa? Nevertheless, when ordering it did state that delivery might take up to 10 working days. I really just didn't think that it actually would.

What is really pathetic is the fact that they advertise that the connection month is free. Guess how many days I scored - ONE, because I activated on the 30th of January. Would make sense if you were really concerned with playing open cards with your customers to clearly state the difference between a month and a calendar month. False advertising in my opinion.
