Billing without services ever working and no refund for their error

Axxess will activate your fibre line on your profile and you will start paying for it even before the line actually works! When confronted about this they wont credit any moneys and tell you it would take 30 days to cancel the line.(which is not what one wants to do - you just want to only pay when the line is working)

Have been having many interactions with the support staff and accounts department over the last 4 years or so and would not recommend their service to anyone. They literally ***** your money.
