big mistake joning this company

<p>I did by a adsl router form axxess and was not happy with it so I took it back now I ma being told if takes 2 weeks for my refund and that's really Bad they tell me like the lady who do the refunds is off for the week thats why. This company is so unprofessional I am so happy I cancelled with them I am with MWEB and mweb is 10times better and more professional then this company oh and to top it off they don't reply to hello peter Complaints To because they never reply to my previous Complaint just shows that this company is not a good company I am a very unhappy cumsotmer and will never recommend. Axxess to anyone I would still recommend MWEB to ppl bt not this company I cancelled everything with this company and to think this was my 1st month with this company and I already got Treated bad I was still a new cumsotmer and now I am no more a cumsotmer at all </p>
